<p>Five inverters (I<SUB>A,0</SUB>-I<SUB>A,4</SUB>) are connected in ring-shape, with respect to connection between the output end of each inverter and the gate terminal of an NMOS transistor. Five inverters (I<SUB>B,0</SUB>-I<SUB>B,5</SUB>) are also connected in ring-shape, with respect to connection between the output end of each inverter and the gate terminal of the NMOS transistor. The output end of each of the inverters (I<SUB>A,m</SUB>) is connected to the gate terminal of the PMOS transistor of the inverter (I<SUB>B,m2</SUB>), and each output end of the inverters (I<SUB>B,m</SUB>) is connected to the gate terminal of the PMOS transistor of the inverter (I<SUB>A,m2</SUB>), wherein, m2 is the residue obtained by dividing a value (m+2) by M, and is 0 or more but not more than 4. Thus, in an oscillation circuit (1), the oscillation frequency can be increased.</p> |
