PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ISDN (Integrated Service Digital Network) adaptor capable of utilizing an existing terminal adaptor and much more reducing a problem occurring in relation to the terminal adaptor. SOLUTION: The ISDN adaptor can connect a single analog telephone set or a plurality of analog telephone sets connected to an ISDN line via the terminal adaptor and a line terminator to an ISDN or an IP network, and when abnormity of interruption of at least one connection of a first ISDN line from the ISDN adaptor to the ISDN and a second ISDN line from the ISDN adaptor to the line terminator continues for a prescribed time or over and thereafter the abnormity is recovered while the ISDN adaptor receives a call termination request from the ISDN or the IP network and calls an analog telephone set, the ISDN terminal transmits reset information designated with the same channel as a channel designated by the call termination request at a point of time of occurrence of the abnormity to the ISDN and the terminal adaptor and releases the channel designated by the call termination request.
