<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressing device having a simplified structure capable of making the pressing surface of a pressing head automatically abut the work surface without a gap between them and contributing to the reduction of work man-hours. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of through holes 22 are uniformly provided in a heater chip 2 mounted on the tip of the pressing head along the length direction 2L of the heater chip 2. Each of these through holes 22 is a tilted drum-shaped hole extending in the thickness direction 2T, and the caliber thereof is largest at both ends opened in both main surfaces 23, 24 and becomes gradually smaller toward the central part (deeper part) thereof. When the parallelism between the pressing surface 21 of the heater chip 22 and the work surface is deviated, corresponding through holes 22 are deformed by compression according to the degree of the deviation, and nearly the whole of the pressing surface 21 corresponding to the work is made to abut the work surface with a necessary and sufficient pressure without the gap between them. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
