A battery pack is provided to allow a battery pack to be mounted naturally into an external electrical device by minimizing the interruption of a molding resin part to an electrical contact terminal. A battery pack(400) comprises a core pack which comprises a bare cell(100), and a circuit board electrically connected with the top part of the bare cell and provided with an external input/output terminal part(270) at one surface; and a molding resin part(300) which covers the circuit board and is provided with the hole for the external input/output terminal part corresponding to a plurality of terminals contained in the external input/output terminal part at the upper surface(320), wherein a guide surface(322) is formed between the one side of the external input/output terminal part of the upper surface of the molding resin part and the long axis side of the upper surface. The guide surface is lower than the other part of the upper surface. |
