FLUID IDENTIFICATION DEVICE AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid identification device mountable on a tank of any type using a single device configuration.

SOLUTION: The fluid identification device is an identification sensor module containing in a vessel: a fluid detection unit having a fluid detecting temperature detector; a fluid detection circuit containing the fluid detecting temperature detector; and an identification calculation unit for identifying the fluid to be identified according to an output of the fluid detection circuit. The vessel has a swollen part swollen out of the vessel, which is formed in conformation to the position in which the fluid detection unit is arranged.
