<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress decrease in a storage ratio of liquid to the whole liquid cartridge. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel exhaust port 7, an oxygen introduction port 9, and an oxygen exhaust port 10 are formed on the front surface of a container body 2. A follow-up partition 19 is installed in the container body 2, and the follow-up partition 19 is made movable in parallel to the front surface of the container body 2. The inside space of the container body 2 is partitioned into two with the follow-up partition 19, and liquid fuel is filled in a region on the fuel exhaust port 7 side. A partition 16 is installed inside the container body 2, and the oxygen introduction port 9 and the oxygen exhaust port 10 are covered with the partition 6.
