<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate operation of an image file with a single printer. <P>SOLUTION: The printer 100 prints the reduction image RG of an image file, and a column AC for specifying various operations for the image file on an arranged order sheet ST. A user enters a new file name, the folder number of moving end, a comment, and the like, in the column AC for specifying the operation of the order sheet.
