<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display system allowing writing display of additional information through a touch panel, storing composite information thereof, and making another information display device display it. <P>SOLUTION: A writing function-equipped information display device integrally comprising an electrification drive type information-display panel 2 having a display memory property and the touch panel 3 is loaded with: a storage reproduction device 4 displaying secondary information written in displayed primary information through the touch panel 3 on an information display surface as the composite information, simultaneously and independently storing the primary information and the secondary information, and reproducing and displaying the primary information and the secondary information as the composite information wherein the primary information and the secondary information are merged; and a tuning conversion function-equipped transmission device 5 for transmitting the displayed composite information or the reproduced and displayed composite information to the other information display device 8 as data.
