PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for capable of producing flexible resin particles having a smooth surface in a good efficiency. SOLUTION: The resin particles (spherical flexible resin particles) consisting of the flexible resin is produced by melting and kneading a water soluble assistant consisting of at least a water soluble polysaccharide (A1) and capable of being melt and kneaded with a condensate-based flexible resin having≤10 MPa volume elastic modulus (an aliphatic-aromatic copolyester, etc.) to yield dispersion in which the flexible resin phase is dispersed, and eluting the dispersion with an aqueous solvent. The water soluble assistant can be constituted with the water soluble polysaccharide (A1) such as an oligosaccharide, a polysaccharide having a cyclic structure, etc., and a water soluble plasticizing component (A2) such as sugar alcohol, etc. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
