PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication terminal capable of improving the success ratio of an incoming call. SOLUTION: When receiving call information including a receiving number and notification information, the radio communication terminal 100 executes incoming call response in a layer 2 according to response transmission control information included in the notification information (step SA3). When failing in the incoming call response (step SA6 to SA9), the radio communication terminal 100 can improve the success rate of an incoming call as a result of controlling retransmission in a layer 3 so as to repeatedly execute the incoming call response (step SA6) performed in the layer 2 within a prescribed time designated by retransmission control information included in the notification information by the prescribed number of times designated by the retransmission control information.
