PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound insulation experience device with high amusement nature in which sound insulation performance in a house is joyfully and impressively experienced in a real way which is easy to understand. SOLUTION: The sound insulation experience device comprises: an upper floor room 1 equipped with a plurality of floors 3 and 4 in which specifications are different from each other; and an experience room 2 located right under the floors 3 and 4 of the upper floor room 1. In the upper floor room 1, a floor impulsive sound generating devices 20 and 21... which imitate baby pigs, for generating impulsive sound, and cameras 44 for imaging situations of the upper floor room 1, are positioned. In the experience room 2, a monitor 51 for displaying an image which is imaged by cameras 44 is positioned. Difference of the sound insulation performance between the floor 3 and the floor 4 is explained by a narration device 60 in a story in which a pig family house is assumed with the upper floor 1 for a baby pig's room and the experience room 2 for a study room of a parent pig's room.
