<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently ensure a waterproof function and heat dissipating function for lamps in a headlight for a vehicle in which a plurality of lamp units each employing a light emitting element as a light source are tiltably supported by a lamp body via a metallic bracket. <P>SOLUTION: The metallic bracket 20 for supporting the plurality of lamp units 30 is configured to be supported in such a manner that the bracket 20 can revolve about a vertical axis Ax1 of the lamp body 12, and a plurality of first fins 20C extending along the horizontal surface are formed at the rear surface of the bracket 20. A metallic back cover 24 is mounted on an opening 12c of the lamp body 12 to ensure the waterproof function, and a plurality of second fins 24B extending along the horizontal surface are formed at the front surface thereof while a plurality of third fins 24C are formed at the rear surface thereof. Herein, the second fins 24B are arranged to overlap with the respective first fins 20C alternately in a non-contact manner, so that heat is transferred to the back cover 24 by means of a heat radiating action. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
