A control method for a storehouse is provided to properly keep an internal temperature and carry out normal defrosting operation even in the case of abnormality of a defrosting temperature sensing part, thereby preventing deterioration of cooling efficiency and automatically alarming any abnormality for fast measurement. A control method for a storehouse includes the steps of setting variables for display, alarm, temperature control, defrosting, and fan driving as required for things to store, and checking generation of abnormality of an inlet sensor, an outlet sensor and a defrosting sensor. After carrying out cooling operation based on the above variables, the cooling operation is stopped and defrosting operation is carried out. Any abnormality is generated during the cooling or defrosting operation, alarm is generated. In the case of alarm generation, emergency operation is carried out or the cooling/defrosting operation is stopped.
