<p>A release film and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure good smoothness and releasability, to prevent hardening of a resin release agent from being inhibited, and to supply excellent productivity. The release film has an antistatic layer formed on at least one surface of a base film. The antistatic layer contains fiber-shaped carbon of 0.1~30wt.% and a silicon releasing agent. The releasing agent is one of long-chain alkyl containing compound, alkyd resin, olefin resin, rubber, or acryl. The antistatic layer has the surface resistivity below 10^12Ф/□and the thickness of 0.01~3 micron meters. The antistatic release layer is formed by spreading application solution containing the releasing agent and the fiber-shaped carbon, on at least one surface of the base film and then drying the application solution.</p> |
