<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly respond to an inquiry from a customer concerning a distributed product macro model. <P>SOLUTION: When a customer 1 inquires for the product micro model to a product manufacturer 2, a server 21 of the product manufacturer 2 analyzes the inquiry, and if the contents of the inquiry are possible to be retrieved from the database 22 of the server 21, the product manufacturer 2 returns an obtained answer to the customer 1. If the contents are impossible to be retrieved by the product manufacturer 2, the product manufacturer 2 transfers the inquiry to an agent 3 to analyze it by the server 31 of the agent 3, and if the database 32 of the server 31 can retrieve the inquiry, the product manufacturer 2 returns an answer obtained there to the customer 1 via the server 21.
