PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fan system which starts the system at a relatively low rotating speed when the fan system is started or restarted. SOLUTION: The fan system includes at least one fan and a controller which controls the fan receiving a starting voltage and an alarm signal. The controller includes a starting control unit and a driving unit, and the driving unit is electrically connected to the starting control unit and the fan, respectively. When the starting control unit receives the starting voltage; a starting control signal is generated, and transmission is suspended after a lapse of predetermined time. When the starting voltage and the alarm signal are received; the starting control signal is generated, and the driving unit receives the starting control signal to control the rotating speed of the fan.
