<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication system comprising user transmitters and node B receivers and to provide a wireless communication method. <P>SOLUTION: Each user transmitter includes a guard time insertion unit that inserts a cyclic prefix to user data packets after spread spectrum processing so as to divide the user data packet into a plurality of processing parts including a plurality of symbols after the spread spectral processing. Each node B receiver includes a frequency domain MUD unit that applies frequency domain multi-user detection to the user processing parts to eliminate interference between users. In the technology above, the guard time insertion unit of the user transmitter inserts a guard time to the user data packets, selects the time of the guard time to be longer a channel delay extension time so that the receiver can select the processing part in a timing of the user packet arriving at first. Simultaneously, the technology remarkably reduces processing complexity on the precondition that the same detection effect can be obtained without losing any information through the multi-user detection in the frequency domain. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
