<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a top plate for a cooking utensil capable of preventing breakage in the vicinity of an opening part even if load of a pot is added and the whole top plate is downward bent and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: This top plate 10 for cooking utensils has dimensions including width of 450 mm, length of 750 mm, and thickness of 4 mm and has substantially circular opening part 11 for storing a gas burner in its predetermined section. A lower part region (a region on a rear surface side) of an inner peripheral face of the opening part 11 has a shape having diameter of 100 mm and depth of 2 mm and is a smooth face molded by a mold. An upper part region (a region on a use face side) 11b of the inner peripheral face of the opening part 11 has contracted diameter of 98 mm and depth of 2 mm, and its surface is a ground face. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
