<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which minimizes a drop in players' interests in a slot machine using game balls. <P>SOLUTION: In the slot machine using game balls, three reels 111 for displaying symbols are provided deep in a front door and the reels 111 are rotated to vary the display of the symbols or the reels 111 are stopped to stop and display the symbols. As for the rotation (start) of the reels 111, the betting of the maximum of 15 game balls is necessary per game and the betting operation is made by depressing a MAX bet button 40. A rare minor winning combination is newly provided as a prize winning combination corresponding to a special favor of awarding prize balls less than the minimum unit (5 game balls) of the number of bets among a plurality of prize winning combinations.
