PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive cleaning roller with a two-layer structure, which is capable of removing dirt such as powders or dust on the surface of an irregular electronic board, of preventing a thin film from being drawn into the cleaning roller in the use of the thin-film state and secondary contamination from occurring. SOLUTION: An outer adhesive layer of the roller is made thin, and an inner soft and elastic layer is made thick into an integrated two-layer structure. A material of the soft and elastic layer is formed to have a soft and thermoplastic elastomer hardness (JIS-A) of 20-60°according to a height of the unevenness of an object such as the electronic board to be cleaned. The hardness of the adhesive layer is appropriately changed. The strength of an adhesive force to the thickness of the object such as a film is greater to the thicker film and appropriately changed to be lowered to the middle or small strength as the film is thinner.
