A device measuring the air content in fresh concrete is provided to install a pneumatic unit exposed to the outside on an inside of a top cover by securing a space where the pneumatic unit is installed. A device(100) measuring the air content in fresh concrete includes an object accommodating unit(10) to accommodate concrete, a sealing cover(20) to seal the object accommodating unit, a pneumatic unit(30) to supply and exhaust to and from an air chamber(24) of the sealing cover and to measure air, a valve unit(40) having an actuating valve(44) to compress and discharge air filled in the air chamber, a manual pump(45), and a minute discharging valve(46), and an upper cover(50) coupled with the upper side of the sealing cover and having a display controller(55) fixed between a main water hole(25) of the sealing cover and a main water opening(52) to activate and control the pneumatic unit, and a hinge(57b) coupled by a hinge(57a) to be coupled with a U-shaped grip(57). The object accommodating unit has a hollow shape to accommodate concrete and has a sealing couplers(13).
