<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus which can ensure a paper for a specified user. <P>SOLUTION: When an IC paper W with an RFID tag 80 in which user discrimination information for specifying a user itself is stored, is stored in a paper feeding cassette 9, and a user performs a printing operation, the user discrimination information for the IC paper W stored in the paper feeding cassette 9 is read out by an IC reader/writer 81.
