An oil pump is provided to sufficiently supply oil in case of low speed and reduce noises in case of high speed by simultaneously rotating upper and lower inner rotors in case of low speed rotation, and rotating only the lower inner rotor in case of high speed rotation. An oil pump includes an inner rotor(50), and an outer rotor. The inner rotor is a driving side gear connected with a crank axis of an inner side and rotating. The outer rotor is a driven side gear contacted with an external surface of the inner rotor and rotated by the inner rotor. The inner rotor and the outer rotor are separated into two upper and lower members. An upper inner rotor(10) has a movable upper inner rotor key device reciprocating in a radius direction according to rotating speed of the oil pump to induce connection and separation between the crank axis of the inner side and the upper inner rotor. A lower inner rotor(30) has a fixed lower inner rotor key ordinarily connected with the crank axis of the inner side on an inner circumference. The upper inner rotor rotates with the crank axis, and prevents the rotation in case of high speed by operating the movable key and releasing disconnection of the crank axis.
