<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instruction program, an instruction system and an instruction method, implementing an accurate and efficient prescribed action such as store investigation, care, or meter reading, and capable of proving that the prescribed action is certainly performed. <P>SOLUTION: This instruction program uses a portable terminal to detect a position of the portable terminal; display of whereabouts transmitted from a center according to an operator identification number; display an instruction item related to the prescribed action from the center; store input by an operator; capture proof data by the operator; and transmit the captured proof data and an input result to the center together with detected position information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
