A wet buffing machine of textile and a wet buffing method are provided to reduce noise or dust, thereby requiring no high-cost anti-noise unit or precipitating unit, by performing a buffing process while the textile is immersed in liquid within a tank. Textile is unwound from a textile supply unit(100), and immersed in liquid within a tank(200). A padding mangle(300) hydrates the textile, which is taken out from the tank. A sanding roller(400) raises nap on a surface of the textile, which is taken out from the padding mangle. A textile winding unit(1100) winds the textile with raised nap thereon. A textile pressurization unit(600) is installed at the front or rear of the sanding roller. A first brush roller(500) is contacted with a lower portion of the sanding roller. |
