PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a satellite broadcasting receiving converter in which deterioration in performance due to poor contact of an earth line and a circuit board is prevented. SOLUTION: The satellite broadcasting receiving converter 12 comprises an electronic circuit component 6 for converting a high frequency signal into a low frequency signal. The electronic circuit component 6 is mounted on a circuit board 2. A chassis 1 and a frame 3 are attached to the circuit board 2. The chassis 1 and the frame 3 contain the electronic circuit component 6 and shield the electronic circuit component 6 from external electromagnetic wave. An earth line 4 is inserted between the circuit board 2 and the chassis 1. A conductive plate 5 is inserted between the circuit board 2 and the earth line 4 to touch them.
