PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and accurately evaluate singing ability at a low cost without requiring a memory for storing evaluation values of huge numbers and calculation processing calculating the average of the evaluation values of the huge numbers after music terminates. SOLUTION: CPU 1 sets a parameter (t) for regulating an allowable range of a reference value in which the singing ability to be evaluated is 100 points and a parameter (a) for regulating a degree of the singing ability out of the allowable range in the range of 100 to 0 points, and calculates the evaluation value of input voice signals on the basis of the parameter (t) and the parameter (a).
