PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a configuration allowing reduction of an invalid data area generated in data writing processing to a flash memory, and allowing reliable data holding. SOLUTION: A data primary storage area and a data storage area are set to the flash memory, sequentially generated data recording processing for record data is executed by applying the data primary storage area, a data recording state in the data primary storage area is detected, connection processing of the record data of the data primary storage area is executed on condition that the data recording state reaches a predetermined prescription state, and the connected data are written in the data storage area.
