Double function plug comprises a main body (1) with two stepped covers joined to each other, an electrode arrangement (2) with a positive connecting pin (21) and a negative spring plate (22) held in the main body and a hollow sliding sleeve (3) having a sleeve ring on its outer side to fit a sleeved part. A pin head of the positive connecting pin axially protrudes from the sleeved part and a bent section and a linear section of the two pronged bent parts of the spring plate protrude from the sleeved part.
