PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus which reduces the problem that the whole of a plant becomes large, is compact and has a good usability in the apparatus which performs the manufacture of a corrugated cardboard. SOLUTION: A constituting section (α) for forming a single-faced corrugated cardboard is arranged on a first floor, and a constituting section (β) for forming an uncompleted corrugated cardboard is arranged on a second floor deck. A constituting section (γ) for obtaining a completed corrugated cardboard is arranged on a surface which continuously and linearly descends gently from the second floor deck to the first floor.
