PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel supply device of a motorcycle capable of reducing a residual volume of fuel. SOLUTION: This fuel supply device 45 of a motorcycle comprises a fuel tank 47, a fuel pick-up pipe 66 picking up the fuel from the fuel tank 47, a fuel pump 63 pressurizing the fuel sucked via the fuel pick-up pipe 66 and supplying it to an engine 33, and a return pipe 65 returning excessive fuel from a feed pipe 64 and the fuel pump 63 feeding the fuel from the fuel pump 63 to the engine 33 to the fuel tank 47. In the fuel pick-up pipe 66, a pipe inlet 71 is arranged at a lowermost position of or near an inclined face, penetrates the wall 88 of the fuel tank 47 after along the inside of the fuel tank 47, and projects to outside of the fuel tank 47.
