PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid temperature adjustment unit of low cost, having satisfactory warmth-retaining properties, and furthermore, being easy to assemble. SOLUTION: This liquid temperature adjustment unit is equipped with a glass tube 531 having openings at both its ends, a tubular body 533 having openings on its both ends, while forming a double tube structure together with the glass tube 531, and first and second closure members 535 and 538 for closing both these ends, respectively. This adjustment unit is characterized in that a spacer 537 is provided between the opening surface of the glass tube 531 and the closure member 538, and that a third sealing member 539 is provided between the spacer 537 and the closure member 538.
