PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide construction work not relying on special skill by increasing efficiency in building materials of a wooden building for forming a living room of a large space in the wooden building by applying a framework structure to the wooden building, particularly, a wooden house. SOLUTION: This framework structure of the wooden building has a constitution of joining a column and a beam composed of a woody synthetic material. A synthetic material 1 of the column has a structure of integrally connecting a wooden square bar 2 and a wooden web plate 3 under fastening torque of bolt-nut assemblies 5 and 6. A synthetic material 10 of the beam has a structure of integrally connecting a wooden square bar 12 and a wooden diagonal member 13 under fastening torque of bolt-nut assemblies 15 and 16. The square bar, the web plate and the diagonal member have the same plate thickness T and B, and the square bar of the beam is inserted into a hollow area 9 of the column, and is integrally connected to the square bar of the column by the bolt-nut assemblies 5 and 6.
