<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display device for displaying setting information to inputted image data on a touch panel and receiving setting. <P>SOLUTION: The information display device 10 is provided with a contact coordinate detection part 11, a contact time detection part 12, a reception part 13, a setting judgement part 14 and a display control part 15. When image data to be inputted are displayed on the touch panel 3 and a part to be set is touched and inputted, the contact coordinate detection part 11 detects a touched and inputted coordinate value, the contact time detection part 12 detects the duration of contact, the setting judgement part 14 judges the candidates of an item to be set by the coordinate value and the duration, the display control part 15 displays judged setting items on the touch panel 3, and the reception part 13 receives setting input from the displayed setting items on the touch panel 3.
