PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drying implement, keeping the opening state of a bag 13, and the expanded state of a wrap 15 or keeping the state of the container used for recycling such as a paper-made empty pack 16 with an opening part 17 directed downward in order to improve ventilation and promote drying in a container used for recycling such as a washed bag 13, a wrap 15 or a paper-made empty pack 16. SOLUTION: Two arms made of a raw material having water resistance are fixed at an arbitrary angle by a ratchet 5, and while keeping the state where the bag 13 is opened with an opening part 14 directed downward and the state where the wrap 15 or the like is expanded, the bag 13 or the wrap 15 is fixed to a metallic surface 12 by a magnet 1 attached through the bag 13 or the wrap 15. The container used for recycling such as a paper-made empty pack is hung down by pinching from the outside by a holding part 7 of the arm 6 to prevent an insert material from coming into the container, and the angles of the arms are fixed by the ratchet 5 to hold the container.
