<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof with a functional panel capable of reducing cost by enhancing waterproofness. <P>SOLUTION: This roof attached with the functional panel is formed by attaching the functional panel 1 such as a plate cultivating tile and a solar battery panel to a surface. A fitting part 3 is upwardly projectingly arranged in one side end part of a roof material 2, and a fitting object part 4 is upwardly projectingly arranged in the other side end part of the roof material 2. A plurality of roof materials 2, 2, etc. are placed on a roof backing 5, and a connecting part 6 is formed by fitting the fitting part 3 of the adjacent roof materials 2 and 2 and the fitting object part 4. A plurality of functional panels 1, 1, etc. are juxtaposed in its longitudinal direction between the adjacent connecting parts 6 and 6.
