Apparatus has a close casing (1,1') with an inlet (4),an outlet (10),centrally arranged rotor (2) and hydraulic lead element (3,3'). Inlet introduces the fiber suspension (S) in casing and oulet discharges it from casing. Rotor moves a part of fiber suspension into rotational flow. Hydraulic lead element rotates the fiber suspension in the direction corresponding to the direction of rotational flow produced by rotor.
