PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge mechanism of folding equipment having different rotary shafts in each of equipment cases and enabling folding operation with sense of stability without causing deviation in both housings when folding the equipment case. SOLUTION: This hinge mechanism 20 of the folding equipment 1 for connecting one end parts of a pair of equipment cases mutually so as to fold freely is provided with a first frame 21 provided with a first arm piece 22 and a second arm piece 24, a second frame 41 provided with a third arm piece 42 and a fourth arm piece 44, and a third frame 30 provided with a first connection piece 32 and a second connection piece 33 having a first connection part 34 to a fourth connection part 37. The first to the fourth arm pieces and the first to the fourth connection parts are turnably connected to form a first connection part 101 to a fourth connection part 104. A driving mechanism 50 and a linkage mechanism 60 are provided in the first to the fourth connection parts. When the first frame is turned in one direction for the third frame, the second frame is connected with the third frame to turn in the opposite directions by the same angle as an angle of the first frame.
