<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display system for displaying an image for enabling an operator to easily obtain the backward side circumstances. <P>SOLUTION: This image display system 1 is mounted on a vehicle 100, and provided with a camera 10 including the backward and backward sides of the vehicle in a visual field range, an image processing unit 30 for generating a display object image by superimposing a mask M in a region 400A on an original image based on the output of the camera 10, and corresponding to the backward road surface of the vehicle 100 and a display device 40 for displaying the display object image. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
