摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective method that is used for detecting molecules labeled with gold or other nanoparticles, and has a significantly improved signal/noise ratio. SOLUTION: A substrate having at least one processing surface is provided. The substrate includes at least one molecule, having predetermined binding affinity with respect to an analysis object labeled by the nanoparticles, and the molecule is bound to the processing surface. The processing surface also includes a nanostructure or high refractive index material; and when at least one analysis object labeled by the nanoparticle is bound to at least one molecule on the processing surface, a detectable signal is generated.
