A rotary CCTV having a lighting device is provided to enable the lighting device such as a lens to rotate up and down, left and right, thereby obtaining the maximum lighting effects with the minimum lighting fixtures. A rotary CCTV(Closed Circuit Television) having a lighting device comprises the followings: a lens block(10) which has a photographing lens(12) and the lighting device(13) for lighting a photographing range of the photographing lens; a couple of side covers(20,20') which is combined with each other at left and right sides of the lens block, and has a shaft support(21) for supporting an up/down rotary shaft and also has a left/right rotary shaft(22); a front cover assembly(30) installed in the front of the lens block; an up/down rotating unit for rotating the lens block up and down; and a left/right rotating unit for rotating the lens block left and right.
