An exhaust structure of a burner type heater is provided to prevent noise by joining gas emitted from the burner type heater to an exhaust pipe for emitting exhaust gas from an engine so that noise of gas emitted from the heater is removed. An exhaust structure of a burner type heater is characterized in that a gas outlet pipe(22) arranged at an outer surface of a heater body(21) for discharging burnt gas from the heater body is communicated to an exhaust pipe(24) of an engine(23). A secondary burner(31) is arranged in the gas outlet pipe so as to completely burn the incompletely burnt gas emitted from the heater body. The secondary burner includes a coil; a power supply unit for supplying power to the coil; a power controller for applying power to the power supply unit; and an operation sensor for transmitting signals to the power controller in accordance with the operation of the burner type heater.
