PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position dependency information providing method for distributing information along the mobile route plan of a mobile terminal capable of using a computer network by radio communication or information made to associate with the classification of a road on which the mobile terminal is moving. SOLUTION: In this information distributing system, in which an on-vehicle terminal 10 capable of using a cable communication network 5 or a radio communication network 6 by radio communication uplinks mobile terminal information including the current position through a communication network to a center 2 at the time of crossing unit areas obtained by dividing a map space into arbitrary shapes, and the center 2 distributes position dependency information associated with the mobile terminal information, a route information registration processing for registering route information related with the movement of the on-vehicle terminal 10 in the center 2 prior to the movement and information distribution processing for making the center 2 provide the position dependency information in an area region of a fixed size along the route ahead of the current position of the on-vehicle terminal 10 to the on-vehicle terminal 10, are performed. |
