PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking device for bicycle parking device, a bicycle parking machine and bicycle parking machine system equipped with the locking device, free of the risk of breakage or failure of the locking mechanism even if an arm works in the direction of opening in order to discharge the parked bicycle in the locked condition. SOLUTION: The locking device for the bicycle parking machine is equipped with the arm 11 to hold the vehicle in the parking position, an arm lever 13 to move in association with coming-in and going-out of the vehicle for putting the arm 11 in the opening and closing motions between the open condition and the closed condition, an arm lock 15 engaged with the arm lever 13 for restraining the motion of the arm lever 13, a lock ring plate 16 sliding with the arm lock 15 and reciprocating the arm lock 15, and a drive device 18 to slide the lock ring plate 16 with the arm lock 15. Further the invention aims at providing a bicycle parking machine and a bicycle parking machine system equipped with such a locking device 10 and a rack to hold the vehicle in the prescribed parking position.
