#CMT# #/CMT# The synchronizer has a housing arranged for an arming cartridge (50), and a sliding gear (60) movable along an axis parallel to a shaft (30) of a gearbox. The gear has an arming ramp (52) which pushes a synchronizing ring (80) towards a pinion (40), rotating around the shaft, via the cartridge during the displacement of the gear. A hook (10) is independent from the cartridge and is disposed between a hub (20) and the cartridge in order to prevent the cartridge from being ejected during returning of the sliding gear to a neutral position. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used for synchronizing a pinion that rotates around a shaft of a gearbox (claimed) of a motor vehicle. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The disposition of the hook between the hub and the arming cartridge permits to prevent the cartridge from being ejected during returning of the sliding gear to the neutral position, thus allowing the cartridge to slide in the hub until it comes in contact with the hook and to remain in its housing.
