A display device is provided to shorten the process of mounting a driver IC on an FPC(Flexible Printed Circuit) film or a substrate, by forming conductive particles in pads or bumpers of the FPC film and attaching the driver IC on the FPC film or the substrate using a double-sided tape or a spray type. A plurality of pixels are arranged in a matrix type. A display signal line is electrically connected to each of the pixels, wherein the display signal line has a first pad(IP2). A driving IC(510) is mounted on an FPC film(540), and applies a driving signal to the display signal line through the first pad. The FPC film includes a second pad(IP1) disposed correspondingly to the first pad, wherein the second pad has conductive particles(530) disposed therein. |
