A voltage negative feedback low noise amplifier for a multi-mode and multi-band RF receiver is provided to increase integration of the circuit by using a small number of inductors while having broadband matching characteristics. In a low noise amplifier suppressing noise of an input signal and amplifying the input signal, a current source(350) operates the low noise amplifier. An input port(340) receives the input signal. An output matching circuit(310) selects an equal output frequency to an input frequency of the input signal. An input matching circuit(320) has an input impedance a times of the output impedance of the output matching circuit. An amplifier stage(330) generates an output signal having the output frequency by amplifying the input signal.
