<p>There is disclosed a technique for preventing leak of patient data as personal information stored in a storage medium without requiring a complicated labor. According to the technique, when a command for collectively erasing data stored in memories (4 to 7) is inputted from an operation unit (1) (step S1), the data is collectively erased (step S2). Moreover, when a registered hospital name, used language, time zone, preset data, and user customized data are modified, it is judged that the device has been sold to other user and the data stored in the memory is erased collectively (step S2).</p> |
