Provided is a method for preparing feed by using the food waste which has an antibacterial effect and a deodorizing effect and is rich in mineral, by using charcoal and germanium. The method comprises the steps of weighing 1,000 g of the food waste; weighing and mixing 150 g of a fine charcoal powder obtained by burning an oak tree at a temperature of 1,000 deg.C, 150 g of a germanium powder and 50 g of a yellow soil powder; mixing 50 g of a corn starch and 1,000 mL of water to prepare a starch glue; mixing 350 g of the charcoal composition and 1,000 g of the food waste to obtain 1,350 g of a charcoal composition feed; mixing 50 g of the starch glue with 1,000 g of the charcoal composition feed; and extruding the obtained one with an extruder provided with a drier of 120 deg.C to prepare feed.
