PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor pan structure of a unit room, capable of arranging a floor pan of the unit room without having influence on interference of a pipe material in construction. SOLUTION: This floor pan structure of the unit room is composed of a support frame 1 for supporting the floor pan 7 and fixing and arranging an adjuster device 3 capable of adjusting the height of the floor pan 7, and an overlay 2 for covering the support frame 1; and is characterized by arranging an exposure surface 1b without covering the peripheral part vicinity of a standard installation position 1a of the adjuster device 3 with the overlay 2 so that a removable adjuster base 5 can be installed.
